Fence Requirements/Restrictions

Homeowners do not need to submit an Architecture Restructure Form for this pre-approved fence type-

Standard 6’ Wood Privacy Fence

a. Shadowbox style, sometimes called board-on-board, that looks attractive on both sides or
b. Side- by-Side style which has only one finished, or attractive side. The finished, attractive side MUST face out.

Fence must begin at the back corners of the house. All lot line requirements must be met.

Homeowners who require any deviation from what is pre-approved, must fill out an Architecture Restructure Form, found on the HOA website, and include a description and drawing. This request will be reviewed by the HOA Board of Directors.

No construction, contracts, or pre-payments should commence without approval of the fence request.
